The guys have started on a new ice-fishing shanty, and it’ll be nicer than the old one. So far, they have four old water skis under it. None of us water ski anymore, and the young people don’t want to because they can’t carry their phones along behind the boat.

Hello Gershom, I guess another week just passed. I know that because we all went down to the Elks for their Friday Fish Fry again. They do a great job there and always have plenty of Cod cut up into those cubes and simmered till they taste just like lobster.

We are working on a business plan for an investment property. After researching how to present a business plan to potential investors, I realized that the exit plan is almost as crucial as Plan A. What is the plan if your goal fails? Do you have a Plan B or C? Do you have an exit plan?
