An Albany man has been sentenced to serve 75 years behind bars for sexual battery of a juvenile.
21st Judicial District Attorney Scott Perrilloux reports that on Monday, Sept. 22, Judge Erika Sledge sentenced Joshua Prine, 43, of Albany, to serve 75 years in prison after he was convicted last month for sexual battery of a juvenile where the victim is under the age of 13.
