Around 11:30am yesterday, TPSO received reports of multiple people injured in a shooting at the apartment complex on Willow Villa Road in the Hammond area.
At this time, five victims have been confirmed. One, a 26-year-old male, has died. The others, including a 3-year-old, are hospitalized in varying conditions from stable to critical.
One suspect was taken into custody shortly after the incident.
