On November 11, 2025, at approximately 6:40pm, detectives with the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations were requested by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office to investigate a deputy-involved shooting that occurred on Waltrip Lane near LA Hwy 442 in Tickfaw.
One suspect was shot and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. No deputies were harmed during the incident.
