Students Receive Scholarships from Clerk oi Court’s Office
Brady Muse is a graduate of Oak Forest Academy in Amite. His parents are Brock and Heather Muse. Brady will attend Louisiana Tech University to pursue a degree in Cybersecurity. Upon graduation, his immediate goal is to work for the NSA or FBI, dedicating his skills to defending our nation against cyber threats, both foreign and domestic. Reese Ann Christmas is a graduate of Oak Forest Academy in Amite. Her parents are Michael and Tami Christmas. In the fall, Reese will attend the University of Louisiana - Monroe and plans to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, specializing in Pediatrics. She is pictured with her mother, Tami Christmas, Chief Deputy Alicia Fussell (left), and Clerk of Court Gary Stanga (right).
The Louisiana Clerks of Court award scholarships to outstanding student children of Clerks’ Employees who will be attending a University of their choice. Applicants must be children of members of the Louisiana Clerk of Court Association. The scholarship criteria are based on scholastic ability, personal statement, leadership, honors awards, references, and extracurricular activity and employment.
