The monthly Veterans Breakfast was held at the Hammond Rec Center last Friday, April 26. Approximately 100 veterans and guests gathered to hear news and information about veterans’ events and resources.
The event, sponsored by Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1052, began with the invocation by Herman Eady, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, led by Pete Jones.
