The night was young, the music was funky, and the platform shoes were high at Tangi Crime Stoppers’ Death at a Disco Murder Mystery Party on Friday, September 13, but something sinister was lurking beneath all the glitz and glam.

Two people have been arrested on several drug charges following a traffic stop during Hurricane Francine’s pass through the area. Tristan Cummings, 28, of Ponchatoula, was booked for Possession of Heroin and Methamphetamine as well as for traffic violations.
