Former Miss Southeastern Shelby Bordelon was first runner-up in the Miss Louisiana pageant that ended Saturday in Monroe.Bordelon, the 2024 Miss SLU, wearing the crown of Miss Slidell this year, was one of the final two choices eventually won by Gabrelle McLeod, Miss Cane River.
