NOTICE
OLD FASHIONED INVESTMENTS, LLC, DARREN PHILLIPS, ANGIE NICOLOSI VICKNAIR, ROBERT VICKNAIR, KAREN PORTER, HANCOCK WHITNEY BANK, MICHAEL MANTEL
Pursuant to an order of the Twenty First Judicial District Court for the Parish of Tangipahoa in the matter of TSM MKP LLC, Praying for Monition, Docket No.20260002718, Div. F, Tangipahoa Parish, State of Louisiana, dated July 23, 2026, it was ordered as follows:
WHEREAS TSM MKP LLC, by act recorded on July 6, 2022 at Instrument Number 1104116 of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, purchased property at tax sale from Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana for failure to pay taxes.
WHEREAS, TSM MKP LLC has applied to this Court for a monition or advertisement, in conformity with R.S. 47:2271 et seq.
THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Louisiana and the Twenty First Judicial District Court for the Parish of Tangipahoa, all interested persons are cited and admonished to show cause within six months from the date on which this monition is first advertised, why grounds exist for a nullity under the provisions of Chapter 5 of Subtitle III of Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
Tax Assessor Account No.: 4440307 A certain parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining, situated in Section 4, T5S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: LOT 23, SQUARE 9 of the Town of Independence, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, measuring 50 feet by 150 feet between parallel lines, fronting on West Third Street (LA Hwy. 40) in said town.
