An application for rezoning lot located at 101 Weinberger Rd in the City of Ponchatoula, Louisiana; has been submitted to the Ponchatoula Consolidated Board to change from
A-6 (Single Family) district to A-8 (Multifamily Urban) district. A Public hearing will be held on
August 31, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. by the Ponchatoula Consolidated Board at
Ponchatoula City Hall, 125 W Hickory Street, Ponchatoula, LA.
All interested parties are invited to attend. Questions or concerns regarding this matter may be presented to the Board at this time.
