Notice is hereby given that Options, Inc intends to apply for a federal grant for operating

assistance and/or capital assistance to provide the Formula Grant Program for Enhanced Mobility

of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities of a non-emergency, ambulatory nature for the FY

2027-2028 program year. The application for assistance is pursuant to the Formula Grant

Program for Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program of 49

CFR 5310. Services will generally be between 5:30am and 9:30pm, Sunday through Saturday,

in the area encompassing Tangipahoa, Louisiana. Transit services are provided without regard to

race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.

Written comments on the proposed services may be sent within 15 days to 19362 West Shelton

Road, Hammond, La 70401 and to the Program Manager, Louisiana Department of

Transportation and Development, P.O. Box 94245, Baton Rouge, LA 708049245. Comments

must be received by September 28th, 2026.
