The Hammond Regional Arts Center (HRAC) will host its 17th annual Brews Arts Festival at a new location this year, bringing the signature fundraiser to the Downtown Hammond Pavilion on Saturday, October 24. Located at 213 South West Railroad Ave., the festival will feature craft beer tasting, live music, local food, and an arts market in the heart of Downtown Hammond.
