Phillip Leslie Walton Jr., of Albany, Louisiana, passed away on February 16 at the age of 54. Phil is survived by his parents, Phillip L. Walton Sr. and Beverly Jean Smith Walton, significant other, Rachel Tovrea, son, Phillip L. Walton III, and cousins, Hermon Walton and Wendy Burrell.
