Anthony Howard, 44, passed away on Wednesday, March 13. He is survived by his loving wife of six years, Valene Howard; sons, Anthony Kwai-Chang Howard and Anthony Guerreiro Howard; daughter, Valencia Arielle Howard; parents, Terry and Jeanne Groves; biological father, Severino Arrudas Filho; four siblings; and many uncles, in-laws, nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins, and an aunt.
