Edward is survived by his wife, Linda Favorita Hoffman; children, Dr. Edward “Ted” Hoffman III (Nicole), Katrina Tompkins (Dustin), and Charlene Jurich (Anthony); five grandchildren; sister, Kathleen Bertucci (Lynn); nephew, Steven Bertucci, and great-niece and nephew, Evan and Ella Bertucci.
