William “Bill” Perrine Mygatt, 76, of Hammond, passed away on March 27. Bill is survived by his wife, Mary Ruth Heal Mygatt; daughter, Megan MacMenamin (Corey); stepson, James Hale (Mary); four grandchildren; sister, Ruth Mygat; brothers-in-law, David (Lynne) and Charles Heal (Ginger); and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
