Beginning January 8, 2025, the Ponchatoula Community Center, at 300 5th St., will host a new pickleball program that teaches and promotes this fun and fast-growing sport. This program, Ponchatoula Community Pickleball (PCP), will start with a free beginner’s clinic.
The beginner’s clinic is open to the public and will be held at the Community Center on Wednesday, January 8, from 9:00-10:30am. To register, simply send a text message to Ed Bodker at 985-386-0352 or “Pickleball Phil” at 504-3901291 confirming that you will attend.
PCP is a local organization founded by Ed Bodker and comprised of experienced pickleball players volunteering to help manage this program. Our mission is not profit but fun, safety, skill development, and organized play.
