Tangipahoa Parish Library Executive Director Barry Bradford has promoted Kellie Ferrara, the Branch Manager of Ponchatoula, to the position of Assistant Director.
“Kellie Ferrara brings experience and a commitment to expanding our literacy programs to her new role as Assistant Director,” said Bradford.
