An application for preliminary approval of Cane Preserve Subdivision has been submitted to the City of Ponchatoula Consolidated Board. Proposed to have 11 single family units. Located on a 4.8 of an acre tract of land on Weinberger Rd and E McClellan St, Ponchatoula, LA. A Public hearing will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 6:00 o’clock pm in City Hall Council Chambers located at 125 West Hickory Street, Ponchatoula, LA. All interested parties are invited to attend. Questions or concerns regarding this matter may be presented to the Commission at this time.
