NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE

A. Notice is hereby given that on December 9 2024, at a regular meeting of the Ponchatoula
City Council, an ordinance was introduced as follows Amendment to an Ordinance
Prohibiting Smoking in Workplaces and Public Places in the City of Ponchatoula and
Providing for Related Matters. A public hearing will be held on January 13, 2025, at 6:00
p.m. at the regular meeting of the City Council. Anyone with comments may appear
before the council at this time.
