INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that on April 8, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Ponchatoula City Council, an ordinance was introduced as
follows – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 98 – UTILITIES, ARTICLE II – WATER AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM,

OF THE PONCHATOULA CODE OF ORDINANCES.

A public hearing will be held on May 13, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Anyone with comments may appear before the council at this time.
