Town of Roseland – New Business Incentive
The Town of Roseland is pleased to announce a new business incentive designed to support and encourage economic growth within our community. Effective immediately, all new businesses that establish operations within the town limits of Roseland will be eligible to have their Town of Roseland property taxes waived for the first three (3) years of operation.
Please note:
This incentive applies only to property taxes levied by the Town of Roseland.
All other applicable property taxes assessed by the District and Parish will still be collected.
We welcome and encourage entrepreneurs and business owners to consider Roseland for their next venture and look forward to a future of shared prosperity.
