The market may still be slow, but that doesn’t mean I’m sitting still. I’ve been hitting the road, putting miles on my car, and keeping my eyes peeled for hidden gems. Why? Because I’ve learned that even the most forgotten properties have potential when the right person comes along.
I’ve always been drawn to investment properties, not just because of the challenge, but because I get to help people. There are people who need a way out of a hardship, or people looking to get their foot in the door of homeownership.
I’m not out here chasing luxury listings. I’m chasing opportunity (not that I wouldn’t welcome a million- dollar property at any time).
