The Town of Kentwood today announced the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the construction of a new, state-of-the-art concession stand at its North Tangi 1051 community park. This exciting project aims to enhance the visitor experience and provide improved amenities for residents and guests alike.
The Town is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to build a new Concession Stand that includes a storage, and men and women restrooms at the NORTH TANGI Park. The Concession Stand shall be ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant requiring specific features to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities, particularly those using wheelchairs. The new concession stand is envisioned to be a central hub for refreshments and snacks during events, games, and leisure activities at the park. The Town of Kentwood seeks qualified contractors with a proven track record of successful construction projects, ideally with experience in facilities of a similar nature.

On September 4, 2025, all responses will be publicly opened and the respondents recorded. Any response received after the specified deadline, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified. Faxed or electronic submitted responses cannot be accepted
