Last week, an article was published in the LA Illuminator, reporting that a scientist who exposed toxic levels of heavy metals in Lake Maurepas was sidelined by her employer, Southeastern Louisiana University, who is also responsible for monitoring detrimental effects of the controversial Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS) project being conducted by Air Products.
