Special Meeting

- CALL TO ORDER.
- Roll call was read by Town Clerk, Julie Peterson.
- Present was Larry Cardaronella, Luke Suarez, Joe Galofaro, Eric Costa, Mike Muscarello. Quorum was present.
- Prayer was led by Larry Cardaronella.
- Pledge was led by Luke Suarez.
- Public Input: None.
OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
- Ordinance #2025-1127 which is the Amended Budget FYE 6/30/25 and Proposed Budget FYE 6/30/26 was discussed. CPA Phil Hebert was present to review the budget and answer any questions the board members had regarding the budget. A motion was made by Eric Costa to introduce Ordinance #2025-1127. A public hearing will be held at the Special Meeting held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 6pm. at which time a vote will be taken to adopt.
The subject of the annual audit for the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 was discussed. Town CPA Phil Hebert informed the board that he had received several quotes from different CPA firms and recommended the board consider hiring CPA firm Griffin & Furman to complete the audit. A motion was made by Eric Costa, seconded by Luke Suarez to approve the hiring of CPA firm Griffin & Furman to complete the annual audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

ABSTAINED: None
Motion to approve the hiring of CPA firm Griffin & Furman to complete the annual audit for fiscal year ending June 30,2025 was passed unanimously.
