Notice is Given that the administratrix of this succession has petitioned this Court for authority to sell immovable property belonging to the deceased and at private sale in accordance with the provisions of Article 3281 of the Code of Civil Procedure for two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the purchase agreement filed in the above-referenced succession. The immovable property proposed to be sold at private sale is described as follows:
42262 Yokum Road, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, being 1.96 acres comprised of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 in Section 6, Township 7 South, Range 8 East, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the decedents herein, and of this estate, be ordered to make any
opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
