That certain piece or portion of ground, with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Tangipahoa, a certain parcel of land containing 1.86 acres situated in Section 17, Township 7 South, Range 8 East, and being more particularly described as commencing at a point north 0 deg 31 min west 1328 feet and west 342 feet from the southeast corner of section 17, township 7 south, range 8 east, (this is Hoover Road) thence proceed west 300 feet to a point thence proceed north 270 feet to a point; thence proceed 300 feet east to a point; thence proceed south 270 feet to the point of beginning, all in accordance with a plan of survey rendered by Gilbert Sullivan RLS dated August 17, 1982.
