Friday, August 22, 2025, was a quiet day in Tangipahoa Parish until about 12:50pm. Then, something shocking happened.
A massive explosion rocked the tiny town of Roseland as its largest business, Smitty’s Supply, Inc., erupted into sky-high flames never before seen in the quaint community of approximately 800 residents.
