POSITION: College and Career Coach (11 Months)
SALARY: $53,339 - $76,680 (Based on verified years of relevant experience)
LOCATION: College and Career Center
Independence, LA
CRITERIA:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Career Development, Counseling, or related field
(Master’s preferred).
- Experience in program management or coordination, particularly in career readiness, apprenticeships, or similar educational settings.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing or overseeing apprenticeship programs at the secondary school
level.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools, ACT prep resources, and national standards
for career readiness.
- Ability to create and deliver professional development opportunities for site coordinators
and other school staff.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt programs to meet
students’ diverse needs.
A flexible schedule may occur. After-hours and weekends may be required periodically
