Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o'clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A certain piece or parcel of land located in Section 8, T7S, R8E, more fully described as follows: The point of beginning is 58.08 feet South and 663.58 feet North 89 degrees, 50 minutes, East of the 1/4 section of the West side of Section 8 T7S, R8E, thence proceed North 89 degrees 50 minutes East a distance of 610.5 feet to a corner on the North West right-of-way of Sisters Road; thence proceed South 30 degrees 30 minutes, West along said ROW a distance of 402.54 feet to a corner; thence proceed North 86 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 426 feet to a corner; thence proceed North a distance of 296.54 feet to the Point of Beginning all as per survcy of A.J. Zabbia, Registered Civil Engineer, dated April 18, 1964; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
That certain manufactured home/mobile situated on the above described property, being a 2007 Deer Valley, Model No. DVX8013, Serial No. DVAL10701940AB, which said manufactured home/mobile home was immobilized pursuant to Declaration of Immobilization in Accordance with LA, R.S: 9:1149.4 dated April 30, 2007 and filed for record as Instrument No. 750065 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY NINE DOLLARS AND NINE CENTS ($152,759.09)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
