A certain tract of land lying in Section 35, T6S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows:

 

Commencing at a point which is 514.5 ft. south 00 degrees 57 min. 32 sec. west 198.89 ft. south 89 degrees 31 min. east of the NW corner of the NE/4 of the NW/4 of Section 35M T6S, N7E; thence south 00 degrees 57 min. 32 sec. west 120.0 ft.; thence north 89 degrees 31 min west 70.0 ft.; thence north 00 degrees 57 min. 32 sec. east 120.0 ft.; thence south 89 degrees 31 min. east 70.0 ft. to the point of beginning of the tract therein described as containing 0.1928 acres in all.

 

WRIT AMOUNT: FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-TWO CENTS ($55,905.82)
