Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o'clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
That certain piece or parcel of land, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, containing 2.00 acres, more or less, situated in Section 56, Township 2 South, Range 7 East, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Begin at a point which is 506.4 feet north 00 deg. 30 min. west and 1503.6 feet west of the southeast corner of Section 56, Township 2 South, Rage 7 East; thence north 00 deg. 30 min. west 549.79 feet; thence south 62 deg. 46 min. east 357.21 feet; thence south 39 deg. 00 min. west 497.08 feet to point of beginning, all in accordance with that certain plat of survey, prepared by David D. Lanier, Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 19, 1992, a copy of which is attached to and made a part of that certain Donation Inter Vivos, recorded at COB 740, page 668, under instrument no. 431633, of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
Together with the mobile home bearing the following information, as immobilized in the instrument recorded at instrument number 1078284 book 1579 page 424.
