Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o'clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

 

Lot 20, Elmwood Park Subdivision, Phase Two, a certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anyway appertaining, situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in that certain Subdivision thereof known as Elmwood Park Subdivision, Phase Two, and more fully described according to the Official plat of said Subdivision dated April 11, 2007, and recorded at Entry 748776, in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder for Tangipahoa Parish, State of Louisiana. Said property being subject to such servitudes, rights-of-way, building setback lines and having such dimensions and measurements as are more fully described on the aforesaid Map; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.

 

WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-SIX CENTS ($128,681.76)

 

        TERMS:  CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
