A certain tract or parcel of land in Section 40, T6S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, more fully described as beginning at a point 851.28 feet North and 624.04 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot #2 in Section 3, T7S, R7E; thence along the North right of way line of Club Deluxe Road North 85 deg. 29 min. 00 sec. West 210.00 feet; thence North 04 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. East 100.00 feet to the South bank of a pond; thence along said bank South 85 deg. 29 min. 00 sec. East 210.00 feet; thence South 04 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. West 100.00 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains 0.482 acres. All as pet survey by Roy C. Edwards, Jr. and Wallace L. Adams, Registered Land Surveyors, dated December 22,1976, redated December 14,1982 and described as Lot No. 2 therein, a copy of which is annexed to an Act which is recorded at COB 560, Page 156 of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.

That certain lot or parcel of ground located in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, with ail building and improvements Located thereon and all component parts in Headright 40, T6S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, and containing 0.482 acres and having a point of beginning at a point on the right-of-way of Club Deluxe Road which is 851.28 feet North 624.04 feet West, and 292.00 feet North 85 deg. 29 min. 00 sec. West of the Northeast comer of Lot 2, in Section 3, T7S, R7E; From the point of beginning, proceed thence along the North right-of-way line of Club Deluxe Road North 84 deg. 59 min. 31 sec. West 209.56 feet; thence North 03 deg 59 min. 00 sec East 99.96 feet to the South bank of a lake; thence along said bank South 85 deg. 00 min. 20 sec. East 210.49 feet; thence South 04 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. West 100.00 feet to the point of beginning, as per survey by W. R. Engineering, Inc. dated 8/30/83, the provisions of which shall be controlling.

A certain piece or parcel of land, together with all improvements located thereon, situated in Headright 40, T6S, R7E, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, being Lot 3 and said lot more particularly described as beginning at a point 851.28 feet North 624.04 feet West and 210.00 feet North 85 deg. 29 min. 00 sec. West of the Northeast corner of Lot 2 in Section 3, T7S, R7E; thence along the North right of way line of Club Deluxe Road North 85 deg. 29 min. 00 sec. West 82.00 feet; thence North 04 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. East 100.00 feet to the South bank of a lake; thence along said bank South 85 deg. 29 min. 00 sec East 82.00 feet; thence South 04 deg. 31 min, 00 sec West 100.00 feet back to the point of beginning. Contains 0.1882 acre. All in accordance with a plan of survey rendered by W. R. Engineering, dated December 14, 1982, a copy of which is annexed to an Act which is recorded at COB 560, Page 156 of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.

A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights thereunto belonging, situated in Section 40, Township 6 South, Range 7 East; Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as beginning at a point 851.28 feet North and 624.04 feet West and 292 feet North 85 deg. 29 min. 00 sec. West of Northeast comer of the hereinabove described Lot 2 in Section 3, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, thence along the North right of way line of Club Deluxe Road, North 84 deg. 59 min. 31 min. West 25 feet; thence North 4 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. East 100.00 feet to the South bank of a lake; thence along said bank South 85 deg. 00 min. 20 sec. East 25 feet, thence South 4 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. West 100 feet back to the Point of Beginning said tract containing 2500 sq. ft or 0.0574 acres, more or less, being adjacent to the hereinabove described Lot 3 and being designated as LOT 3A according to a survey by Roy C. THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Section 40, Township 6 South, Range 7 East, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as beginning at a point which is North 842.91 feet and East 1457.62 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 49, T7S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, thence North 03 degrees 35 minutes East 81.8 feet; thence North 86 degrees 27 minutes West 120 feet; thence South 03 degrees 35 minutes West 81.8 feet; thence South 86 degrees 27 minutes East 120 feet back to the point of beginning. all as per survey prepared by Gilbert Sullivan, Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 15,1999, a copy of which is attached to and made apart of that certain act recorded at COB 883 Page 449, of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Said parcel having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such restrictions and servitudes as shown on the above referenced survey and/or of record.
