A CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in Section 30, T6S, R9E, beginning at the point which marks the NE corner of a two-acre tract of land acquired from Julius A. Hoover by act recorded in Book 160, page 472 of the conveyance records of the Parish of Tangipahoa (being the first tract of land on said deed) and from Said point of the beginning run West along the South line of HWY 190 a Distance of 150 feet to the corner, thence South approximately 140 feet To the North line of the right of way of Baton Rouge-Hammond and East Railroad to corner, thence Easterly along the North line of said railroad Right of way 150 feet to corner, thence North to Point of the Beginning:
Being part of the same property acquired as per act recorded in Book 160, Page 472 of the conveyance records of Tangipahoa Parish.
WRIT AMOUNT: FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($5,000.00)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
