All that certain property situated in the County of Tangipahoa, and State of Louisiana, being described as follows:
Lots 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Block 1 of Diamond A Subdivision, all of the Town of Ponchatoula, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, according to the official map of said subdivision, duly recorded; Lots 12 and 13 of Block 1 being the same property acquired at COB 167 page 624. Lots 10 and 11 of Block 1 in Diamond A Subdivision being the same property acquired at COB 194 page 115.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS AND TWENTY-FOUR CENTS. ($131,280.24)
