Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
Beginning at the NW corner of the following described property and run from thence East 120’ to the point of beginning, thence measure South 220’; thence measure E 68’; thence measure North 220’; thence measure West 68’ to the point of beginning, forming a lot of ground 68’ East and West and 220 feet North and South and being taken out of the following described land -to-wit:
A certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in Lot No. 7 of the subdivision of the Moses Butler Estate, more particularly described as beginning at a point 3.60 chains East of the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 7; thence North 0 deg. 30’ W 3.80 chains to the North line of said lot; thence East along said line 2.67 chains to the beginning a comprising of an area of 1.02 acres, in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, all as per survey of T.A. Tycer, and being same property acquired per deed of record in COB 173, page 668 in the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
JUDGMENT AMOUNT: FIVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE DOLLARS AND 21/100 ($5,539.21)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
