A CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND situated in Ferrin’s Subdivision of Ponchatoula, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, which is designated as Lots 2 and 3 of Block 3 according to the official map of that subdivision, which is on record in the Clerk’s office in and for the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements thereon; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
