Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
That certain tract or parcel of land, together with all the buildings and improvements thereof and all the rights, ways, privileges, means, servitudes, prescriptions and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Section 38, T78-R9E, in Greensburg Land District, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, designated as Lot C on blue print and map of C.R. Schultz, Surveyor, dated November 21, 1957, annexed to act registered in COB 235, folio 311 and according to which blue print and map said Lot C is more fully described as follows:
From the SE corner of Section 38 in the above township and range, run North 1642.1 feet; thence West 1125 feet to the NE corner of Lot C and the POB; From the POB run West 872 feet to Bedico Canal; thence along said canal South 18 degrees 30’ West 115 feet; thence East 911 feet thence North 1 degree 20’ West 110 feet to the POB; said Lot contains 2.25 acres as per map attached to act of sale of Lot C and being a portion of Lot 4 as surveyed by C.M. Moore on August 28, 1950, and by C.R. Schultz dated November 21, 1957.
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
