Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights thereunto belonging, situated in Section 12, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, more particularly described as beginning at a point which is 159 feet South, 5 deg. East and 574 feet South 50 deg. East of the Quarter Corner on the North line of Section 12, Township 7 South, Range 7 East; thence run North 75 deg. 30 min West 268.8 feet along the North margin of a gravel road; thence North 22 deg. 15 min. East 241.5 feet; thence North 61 deg. 50 min. East 118.9 feet; thence South 64 deg. 11 min. East 230.95 feet; thence South 30 deg. 15 min. West 285 feet, back to the Point of Beginning, as per plat of survey by Ansil Bickford, RLS, dated November 13, 1975 and revised September 16, 1977 and as more fully shown on the survey of A.J. Zabbia & Associates, Inc. dated March 12, 1980, a copy of which is annexed to Act which is on file with the Clerk of Court for the said Parish and State at Instrument No. 276874, COB 493, Page 825; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND 45/100 ($286,757.45)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
