The Town of Kentwood today announced the release of a Request for
Proposals (RFP) for the construction of a new design and construction of a
new restroom facility, at the Martin Luther King (MLK) community park.
The Town is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to construct a
new restroom facility at our MKL community park. The project at the park
restroom will involve a new, modern facility that meets current accessibility
standards. Contractors with experience in public facility construction,
including ADA compliance and relevant building codes, are encouraged to
submit proposals.

document, including detailed specifications, submission guidelines, and

and submit comprehensive proposals demonstrating their ability to deliver a

On December 4, 2025, all responses will be publicly opened at our monthly
Town Council meeting that starts at 6:00 p.m., and the respondents
recorded. Any response received after the specified deadline, whether
delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified. Faxed or electronic
submitted responses cannot be accepted.
The Town of Kentwood has the right to reject any and all bids.
