The Village of Montpelier met in Regular session on November 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM

Aldermen: Mike Ard and Brad Davis

Absent: Kevin Washington
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Giardina.
A motion to accept minutes was made by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
A motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report was made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.
A motion to pay bills was made by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
A motion to move December 8 th meeting to December 15 th was made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All
yeas.
A motion to pay monthly bills the week of December 8 th with mayor pro temp to co-sign was made by Mike Ard
seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
A motion to pay Lawson and Bonet Construction for replacing the fire hydrant at Bookter and Third Street from
the water operating fund was made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.
A motion to hire R&R OQ Training, LLP to replace gas rectifier station in the Pine Grove area with funds form
the amended LGAP grant was made by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
Quotes from Tommy’s Lock and ADT to install security cameras were reviewed. A motion to hire ADT was
made by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
A motion to hire Penny Rhodus to redo signs on the front of the fire station and fire trucks was made by Brad
Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.
A motion to declare surplus equipment: 1-HP 8600 Plus Printer was made by Mike Ard second by Brad Davis.
All yeas.
Chris Johnson addressed the council on the audit review and stated the final review will be presented at next
month's meeting.
Mayor Giardina gave a brief update on the gas project.
A motion to adjourn was made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.
