- Attorney Trippi presented the council with the research he had on state laws
regarding the planning and zoning committee and procedures.
- The council voted to leave the planning and zoning committee and procedures as
is currently with a motion made by Lemay 2 nd Fedele Votes (3)
6. Set price for Certificate of Appropriateness
- The council voted that the cost for a Certificate of Appropriateness should be set
at a rate of $50 per building per Certificate of Appropriateness as needed by the
Parish with a motion being made by Fedele 2 nd Galofaro Votes (3)
