GRASS CUTTING CONTRACTS
The Tangipahoa Parish School System will hold walk-throughs to go over grass cutting requirements for
contracts, January 13 th , 14 th , and 15 th if needed. The walk-through will begin Tuesday, January 13 th at O. W.
Dillon at 8:30 a.m. Walk-through is mandatory. The schools below are listed in the order of the walk-through:
1. OW Dillon, Kentwood High Magnet, & Spring Creek Elementary
2. Sumner Middle, Sumner High, & Chesbrough Elementary
3. Amite High Magnet, Amite Elementary Magnet, Sales Tax, Title One Building
4. Central Office Complex, Roseland Montessori, & Amite Westside
5. Independence High Magnet, Adv College & Career Center, & Independence Leadership Academy
6. Loranger High, Loranger Middle, Loranger Elementary, & Loranger Rodeo Pin
7. Nesom Memorial, Midway Elementary, & Natalbany Elementary
8. Woodland Park, Greenville Park, TASP & Hammond Eastside Magnet Upper
(Yokum Rd).
9. Hammond Westside Montessori, Technology Building, & Old Maintenance Shop (W. Hanson
Ave.). Special Services Center.
10. Hammond High Magnet & Hammond Eastside Magnet
11. Perrin Early Learning Center, Tucker Elementary, & Ponchatoula Jr. High
12. DC Reeves Elementary, Vinyard Elementary, & Champ Cooper Elementary
13. Ponchatoula High School
Sealed quotes will be accepted at the Tangipahoa Parish School System Central Office, 59656 Puleston Road,
Amite, Louisiana until Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 10:00 a. m. at the Tangipahoa Parish School System
Central Office in the board room. Bidders may quote on any or all groups of schools. A $1,000,000 General
Liability, $1,000,000 Automobile Liability and Workers Compensation insurance coverage are required and
proof must be submitted by, February 28 th , 2026 by 10:00 a.m. Contact Byron Muse, Supervisor of Facilities at
