Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
One certain tract or parcel of ground together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Section 21, T7S, R9E, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, containing 4.486 acres and designated as “RM-2” on a survey map by G.L. Lessard, Sr., Roy Edwards Land Surveying, Inc., Professional Land Surveyor, dated February 2, 2006, a copy of which is of record in the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana and entitled “Plat of Survey and Division of a 8.972 Acre Tract located in Section 21, T7S, R9E, Tangipahoa Parish, State of Louisiana, The Randalyn Matthews Family Partition”, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, T7S, R9E, proceed South 89 deg. 57 min. 21 sec. East for a distance of 3395.78 feet to a point; South 44 deg. 07 min. 27 sec. West for a distance of 1088.94 feet to the POB; thence proceed South 47 deg 18 min 46 sec East 531.53 feet; thence proceed South 43 deg. 35 min. 01 sec. West 367.97 feet; thence proceed North 46 deg. 24 min. 59 sec. West 542.79 feet; thence proceed North 45 deg. 23 min. East 359.83 feet back to the POB.
Together with and subject to a 60’ Right of Way, as shown on the above-described plat known as “The Randalyn Matthews Family Partition”, dated February 2, 2006 and approved by the Parish of Tangipahoa Engineer on July/19/2006; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT TWO HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO DOLLARS AND ONE CENT ($246,672.01)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
