Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
That certain lot or parcel of ground with all buildings and improvements thereon, located in Section 16, Township 6 South, Range 7 East, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, more particularly described as Lot No. 1 in a subdivision as per the original map of the subdivision dated October 17, 1974, in Section 16, Township 6 South, Range 7 East, more particularly described as beginning at a point 397.92 feet South, 0° 46’ 0” West from the Northest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 16; thence go North 89° 14’ 0” West 238.61 feet; thence go North 0° 46’ 0” East 192.01 feet; thence go North 89° 43’ 09” East 164.85 feet to the center of a small canal; thence go South 44° 11’ 41” East 104.57 feet; thence go South 0° 46’ 0” West 121.14 feet to point of beginning. Said lot 1 contains one acre more or less all as more fully shown on that certain survey dated July.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND, FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND 83/100 ($110,045.83)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
