Village of Tangipahoa City
A special public meeting was held at the Village of Tangipahoa City Hall, 12616
Jackson Street, Tangipahoa, LA 70465, on December 22, 2025, at 10:00 am. Mayor
Gray called the meeting to order, and the Municipal Clerk Allicie Briggs established
a quorum. Mayor Pro Tem Bean and Alderman Willis Smith are present. Alderman
Rodriguez is absent. Upon motion by Alderwoman Bean and second by Alderman
Smith, the motion is carried to pass Resolution 8 of 2025, Adopt LCDBG Required
Program Policies and Procedures. Allicie Briggs is appointed as the Fair Housing
Coordinator for the LCDBG Program. There is no public in attendance to comment
before the vote. Upon motion by Alderman Smith and second by Alderwoman Bean,
the motion is passed to accept Minda Raybourn as the auditor for Fiscal Year 2024
-2025. Alderman Smith motions to adjourn the meeting Alderwoman Bean seconds it.
The meeting is adjourned at 10:23 am.
