Fifteen (115) feet on Myrtle Street to
the Point of Beginning, comprising a
lot of ground fronting Fifty (50) feet on
Mulberry Street by a depth between
parallel lines One Hundred Fifteen (115)
feet, having been acquired by Judgment
dated August 17, 1957, recorded in COB
225, Page 671 and deed recorded in
COB 227 Page 248.
