beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the
following mentioned and described
property situated in the Parish of
Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
Lot No. 3 of a subdivision of a portion
of the Capdau Property in Section
33, Township 3 South, Range 7 East,
Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, located
in the city limits of Amite, Louisiana.
Said Lot 3 fronting 72.89 feet on Canal
Street by a depth of 180 feet between
parallel lines and more fully shown on
a survey by Gilbert Sullivan, Registered
Land Surveyor, dated September 27,
1975. Being the same property acquired
by Christmas from Maggie Grace Cuti
at COB 411, page 675 of the records of
Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana; subject
to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way
and outstanding mineral rights of record
affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED SIXTY
FOUR THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
SEVENTY FOUR DOLLARS AND
39/100 ($164,574.39)
TERMS: CASH in the form of
currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
subject to any security interest, mortgage
lien, or privilege thereon superior to that
of the seizing creditor, to the last and
